More and more civil aviation accidents were caused by human factors. So it is significant to study human factors of flight crew and measurement of working load is a good point of penetration. Physiological measurement method is prevalent and effective which analyzes the behavior of flight crew through the physiological data.The paper provides a design and implement of behavior monitoring system via the technology of"Internet of Things","Embedded System","Networking Communication"and"Multi-Media"which can be used to capture and transmit the physical sign data and video data of the fight crew during the task, including the data of electro cardio, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate and image. The system contains four major parts: physical sign data sensor module, data gateway, motion monitoring module and remote process module. The data protocol between the interfaces of different modules is the most important relationship which makes the whole system more reliable and stable. The application of"modular design"is a great innovation to the study of human factors in the field of civil aviation.
