In the future, the learning, work and life will be in network age, which made by the development of the information technology. University students should learn to use information technology to enhance the efficiency of autonomic learning and collaborative learning, which can improve their learning abilities. In order to train students'basic skills of finding their feet in the information society, the teaching practice was performed, which combined Web2.0 technologies and designing learning environment. The paper will explode teaching strategies and methods, analyze implementation effects, draw lessons from the experience, and develop the model of creating learning environment based on Web2.0.The author participated in the entire teaching course as a teaching assistance, collected data by observation, interviews and questionaire surveys, analyzed teaching strategies of creating learning environment based on Web2.0, summarized the harvest and insufficient of the teaching practice. Finally, I came to the following conclusions.Firstly, it's necessary to perform the teaching practice of creating learning environment based on Web2.0 in the universities, which is different from the conventional teaching method and enhace students'awareness and abilities of utilizing technologies to carry on the research learning. This teaching practice, which enables students to solve problems by working with others, can strengthen the realistic of knowledge learning and migration ability of solving problems. It can also develop students'awareness and abilities of cooperation. What'more, it can enable students to use adequate technologies conciously to create their learning environments and solve problems collaboratively, which can train their basic skills of finding their feet in the information society.Secondly, this teaching practice succeeded, which can attribute to students'characteristics of willing to acquire new things, enthusiasm and curiosity about e-learning, and teacher's guidance and support. This successful teaching practice indicates that, the teaching model of creating learning environment based on Web2.0 summarized through the teaching practice can provide guidance for teachers and students.Thirdly, this teaching practice can be introduced into other courses, but the contents of courses should relate practice tightly. In addition, teachers should design interesting and authentic problems containing learning targets, according to students'prior knowledge, and prepare relevant cases based the learning contents.
