| World development is mainly pushed by the great power of informationization. Informationization in the court of law is the essential measure to realize the goal of Justice and Efficiency, the system of scientific management and regularization of work implementation. With the rapid development of digital technology, it is of great importance for ensuring society harmony to corporate IT and media technology with practice work, improve the work mode, and enhance the work efficiency and judiciary capability in the court.In recent years, much effort has been made in the construction of informationization and speeding up of the judiciary procedures based the IT and media technology and in the goal of improving trial efficiency, standardization and management informationization in the national judicial system.The paper mainly studies the realization and application of digital court based on IT and multimedia technology. Extending the traditional court functions, IT and media technology will be used to realize the integrated management system of displaying trial deposition, evidence demonstration, digital imaging & audition, recording, broadcasting and control, and digital court system of net remote Arraignment and trial.With systematic analysis and research of current domestic and foreign court system informationization, the paper proposes the development direction of future digit court, studies the advanced IT and multimedia including hypermedia technology, data compression coding technology, database technology, data storage technology, multimedia and communication technology, information retrieval technology of multimedia information, to realize the digitalization and informationization of court trial process.With continuous progress of IT technologic development and upgrade of multimedia and network technology, the construction of informationization in the court system will be further improved in the audition and digital storage with the coming new technology reform. |
