| Fire fighting is a research field in the computer application and has been widelyvalued, which conclude computer, GPS and telecom technology. For the commander forestfire, the visualization and real-time interaction are really essential, especially the coretechnology of the visible and plotting technology, since the forest fire is a sudden,topography-related and dangerous event.Through the thesis, research and practice, this paper studied the technology ofvisualization and plotting system. Focused on the problem of the mass date maybe let therendering efficiency low, this paper proposed the technology of the real-time adjustmentand the organization method on high efficient data. Then focused on the mosaicphenomenon that produced by the texture-based vector label drawing method, studied thebuilding method of the pyramid model of the vector bitmap which is related with the viewpoint, and proposed the application of the multi-thread technology, the cache update andthe speed optimization method through the texture is in form of the vector grids. Aftergiven the matching method of kinds of tabs and three-dimensional topography, focused onthe problem of keeping out each other in the vector tabs and three-dimensional topography,proposed the texture based vector plotting method to realize the vector signs can showoverlay in the 3D topography. Based these, the 3DGIS fire fighting system is achieved.And through its application, the system datum are merged very well, the renderingefficiency is high with fluency and non-mosaic. Plotting system can show the kinds ofscourge and the commanding information clearly, and be a reference on the emergencypreparedness for the commander.System can satisfy the commander's basic need. The function models are complete.The interface is friendly and easy-used. It can provide a reliable guarantee for thecommander and the high efficiency organization of attacking a fire. This system can apply some related emergency commanding system. |
