Electromagnetic compatibility is developed from the electromagnetic interference, since the 20th century, with the development and application of radio and electronic technology, people gradually realized that the need to all sorts of electromagnetic interference is controlled. This paper introduces the basic principle of electromagnetic compatibility, how to improve the integrated circuit of the method of electromagnetic compatibility ability.The development of integrated circuit is tend to high speed, high frequency and high installation degrees, high sensitivity, high reliability and high level of integration, especially the appearance of large scale integrated circuit makes electromagnetic compatible technical to get unprecedented development. Current mirror(CM)as an important building block in integrated circuit is also faces increasingly serious interference. The intrinsic nonlinear behavior of the active device is a common source of EMI. It distorts the wanted signals in the circuit and causes severe DC shift errors on sensitive nodes so that circuit is out of its operating region. A novel current mirror is presented based on genetic evolution. In this paper a novel high output impedance, low input impedance, wide bandwidth, very simple mirror/source structure with input and output voltage requirements less than that of a simple current mirror is presented.The design process is that analysis of the existing current mirror, including the basic CM, gate filter CM, dc feedback CM and genetic evolution CM, and get theirs advantages and disadvantages which are need of improvement and optimization, and design new topology of current mirrors which have higher ability of electromagnetic compatibility. The simulation results show that this paper presents new current mirror has better ability of anti-electromagnetism interference, and it is stability also has been greatly improved. The results show it is a new, EMI-immune CM topology. The basic scheme is using filter, source follower and current compensation to implement optimization effect.
