As China's accession to the WTO and economic globalization, with Overseas technical, fund and product massive emerging, our manufacturing industry is facing huge domestic demand market and more open international market and to become manufacturing center of the world.In the face of such intense international and domestic market competition, it is vital for the survival and development of manufacturing enterprise to reform the system of enterprise management and improve competitive capacity through information management. In the manufacturing industry, as the bridge for connecting enterprise product design and production operation management, BOM is the core essential data and important part of product digitization definition. Its data accuracy and real-time influence the whole implementation effect of information system as well as enterprise informationization advancement. Job Shop Scheduling (JSS) is the key to production management of information system, which operating efficiency and rationality and usability play the very vital role for obtaining the high economic efficiency.This paper is established in the practical project of manufacturing management system for certain reducer company, and the main works and results are as follows:(1) Through surveying the enterprise, studies and builds the model of integreting BOM management system according with the practical demands of manufacturing enterprise, taking Microsoft VB.NET and SQL Sever2000 as development tool and data-base tool, combining with characteristic of the company, designs and develops BOM management subsystem. At present, the subsystem, together with the whole project, is running well and showing excellent application effects.(2) On the basis of the real information system, through analyzing the rights management systems' actual demand, simplifies the RBAC model. Based this model foundation, with the function tree's jurisdiction assignment mechanism, designs and develops the authorization management subsystem. This subsystem causes the establishment of role information which the operators can facilitate intuitively, and considereds fully the expand demand of system's function later.(3) In view of the fact that traditional genetic algorithm has the disadvantage of premature convergence and local search ability, proposed advanced genetic algorithm (AGA), which chief feature is the POX crossover operator and the adapted evolution structure. To appliy AGA in the JSSP problem, it has confirmed the validity through the simulation experiment, and has been given the Gantt chart of optimal solution in the FT10 example.(4) Research is conducted on the Order-Based Job Shop Scheduling Problems. An integer programming model was presented. On the basis of AGA, an Order-based genetic algorithm is designed applying the order-based crossover (OBX) and the order-based mutation (OBM).Simulation experiments are carried on to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm. Computation results showed that the proposed genetic algorithm has better optimization accuracy and feasibility for the problem.The BOM management and authorization management is the foundation of the manufacturing management system for successful implemention. The advanced genetic algorithm and order-based job shop scheduling problem has theory significance and practice value in the way of optimizing GA and riching the job shop scheduling problem.
