Range experiments are important for the evaluation of the efficiency of ammunition.Compared to traditional devices with PC and data acquisicion cards architect,which can't meet the demands to experiments nowadays,embedded systems are lower comsumption,more portable,more stable and more real-time,while more and more experiments are carried out in the field. It is an advanced idea to the design of range fragment speed measurement and data acquisition system.Based on the ARM and FPGA platform ,the hardware frames of the entire system and separate child systems are designed firstly. After the LCD and touch screen device drivers are partly changed and optimized ,an embedded Linux system is adopted as the operation system,which can give more support to LCD and touch screen devices.In the end,a friendly control program based on Qt/Embedded ,which is in correspondence with the functional modules of the system,is offered ,and in view of the poor resources of embedded systems,the optimition for this program is investigated.Concentrating on the range experiments demands, this thesis completes the elementary design of the fragment velocity measurement and data acquisition system.This system works well in the experimentes in the field.Although the system is not excellent enough,but it can give a good reference to other similar design.
