With the development of science, especially with the application in the field of observation and control technology, instrument and apparatus, such as computer, microelectronics, sensor, communication, network, etc. Building a low-cost stand alone Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) becomes easier. Thus RTU can be connected to Internet straightly through TCP/IP, so as to realize a real RTU out of the limit of place based on Internet. Among those technologies, the kind of Measurement & Controlling technology based on Web is improvement of Internet Measurement & Controlling system,and will be widely used in the manufacturing and life.This dissertation, based on this background, is trying to use embedded system on embedded uClinux OS to achieve remote control the measuring system for pyroelectric coefficient of pyroelectric materials. This system took high-performance 32-bit ARM as its CPU, designed its hardware and developed its driver, so as to realize pyroelectric coefficient measurement, serial communication between the Host Computer and the main system board, remote data acquisition through visiting the embedded Web Server.Recent years, the infrared pyroelectric detector made of pyroelectric materials has been widely used, because of its unique superiority, such as working under the room temperature, broad spectrum response, etc. Pyroelectric coefficient is one of the most important parameters in pyroelectric materials, so we develop a system of automatic measurement for pyroelectric coefficient through uniform velocity temperature controlling base on embedded system. Because the warming up speed is the main reason that affect the measure accuracy, to improve the control performance,a Fuzzy-PID controller is proposed, take the warming up speed as controlled member, from test, fact can be draw that the system has a high capability.To these questions, this dissertation analyses in depth the characteristic of the embedded system, combines the characteristic of the measuring instrument, discusses the realization of target system from several aspects such as the structure of embedded system, the technique of embedded Web Server, and Fuzzy-PID compound control algolithm, etc. Finally, It summarizes the whole work and makes an expectation of the direction in future work development.
