Atpresent,onaccountofnetworkvideomonitoringsystemofwirednetworkhascometoquitematurity,andinnetworkingandintelligentizefieldshaveachievedgreatdevelopmentaswellasthewidelyuseofwirednetworkvideomonitoringsystem,publicsecuritygetsgreatguarantee.However,inbus,subway,ferryandothermobiletransportswithhighincidenceofcases,videosurveillanceturnsintoablindspot.Withtheoperationof3GinChina,telecomoperatorsprovidethemobilevideomonitoringagoodnetworksecurityintheaccessnetwork.Butbesidesthemultimediathatappliestovideomonitoringhaslargeamountofdataandhighrequirementofreal-time,andwirelessnetworkwillappearmultipathtransmission,electromagneticinterference,signalattenuationandsoon.Soinordertoensuremobilevideo'sreal-timetransferandplay,theresearchandimplementationofthetransmission-processingsoftwarewhichbasedonthemobilevideomonitoringsystemhasrealitysignificanceandpracticalvalue.Inthisthesis,first,wedesignthewirelessvideomonitoringsystemandproveitsrationalityandsuperioritywithCDMA2000-1XEV-DORevAaswirelessvideotransmissionnetwork,H.264asstreamingmediacompressd-codingstandard,andDirectShowassoftwareframeworkofmultimedia.Second,designthewirelessvideotransmissionmodule.AccordingtothefeatureofCDMA2000-1XEV-DORevAnetwork,weuseRTPasrealtimetransmissionprotocolforstreaming-media,andaccrodingtothefeatureofabstractionlayerinH.264,werealizeRTPtransmissionofH.264streaming-mediawithRFC3984protocol.Andthen,useRTCPasthecontrolprotocolbasedonthenetworkconditionssuchasjitterandpacketloss,thatisreducingthevideotransmissionratetoguaranteeQosofvideo.Finally,designtheprocessingsoftwarefor mediatransmission.TheemphasisisputonthedesignandimplementationofSourceFilter,whichcanrealizereal-timereceiveandcontrolofthevideo.AndweuseffmpegtodevelopthecomponentofTransformFilter,useVMRasRenderingFilter,developthecontrolmodule,andputforwardtheideaofaddingCRCtoguaranteetheaccuracyofinformationtransmissiononthebasisofTCP.TheresultsshowthatthetransmissionnetworkbasedonCDMA2000-1XEV-DORevAcanachievetransmissionbroadcastwith6fpsinformatofCIF,whichfullymeetstherequirementsofvideomonitoring.Userscanuseclient-sidesoftwaretoplaybackandstorevideo,andcontroltheremoteequipment.Meanwhile,thesoftwarecanadjustparametersofthemediatoadaptnetworkchanges.Soitcanensurethequalityofvideotransmissionandisofgreatvalueinapplication.
