Research And Realization Of Network Video Monitoring System Based On Directshow Tech

In the international and domestic market, network video monitor has mainly two kinds of products, one is simulate video monitor and digital video monitor. The technology of the former is advanced,it has stable performance and it's widely used in the practical engineering as well, especially in the large and middle scale video monitor engineering; the latter is newly come out, it's a new-style digital video monitor system mainly depended on computer and network technology and image video compressing. This system developing rapidly become of settling model system partial abuse, but it still need more improvement. At present, the video monitor system is in the middle of mingling the model system and digital system, and it transit to the digital system gradually. With the speedy development of educational career, teaching hardware equipment of the higher institution is updating and expending, especial the computer, the added number result in construction and management of computer room. Effective management ensure the computer room which invested large outlay exert its use. Traditional house management depend on patrolling, which would result in large investment and teaching negligence, eg., nobody can get to know the working situation of every computer. Nowadays, we can invest less and use the digital network video tech. to monitor and manage the computer room. Therefore, developing network video monitoring system is of great realistic significance. About the relevant digital network monitoring products in the market, most of the them is used in the management of personal network bar. To meet the special needs for computer room video and teaching management of higher institute, enhance teaching management level, based on the Microsoft DirectShow tech., we research and design a network video monitoring Microsoft system. The purpose of this book is to summarize the related theory and tech. development of this system involving the research,design and development process. The main content is including: 1. system needs analysis 2. collectivity framework design of this system 3. key te ch. ,arithmetic and core code 4. system running and testing As the main researcher, I take part in the design and development, my main job involving in: designing system framework,programming server and client , the outstanding performance is using Xml tech. to realize saving and taking computer room information list; using DirectShow tech. to realize catching video,transfering and broadcasting network.
