In the archive department, there are non-coordination problems between double-track pricing system and e-document features in the e-document management and the problems of providing the passive services. Technology of application data excavation can promote e-document administration efficiency in archive department and provide high-quality archive service for customers. As an important tool in e-document management, e-document management system determines the quality of entire process from collection to filing. The efficence of e-document and the way to provide services, both of them based on the system of e-document management, the improvement of which will make e-document management move up to a new level. This article puts the sophisticated application into archives, it has the universality function of GD2000V5.0 e-document management system. According to DecisionC5.0, network model and the application of FP-TREE algorithm, the article analyses and realizes the exploration of Data Mining Technology in e-document management system, then improving efficiency and quality of e-document management. However, Data Mining Technology, as a new technology, it will need a period of time to adapt the technology into e-document management. Not only does it need the development of Data Mining Technology, but also supporting informationization measures in archive department such as the improvement and perfection of metadata construction, e-document management standards, customer demand analysis and quality of staff should be taken.
