From The NPC & CPPCC Reports To Study The Change Of Conference News Of China

Conference news is the important content that our mainstream media reported. Whether in the past revolution days, after the founding of our country,or the period of reform and opening up now. Conference news play a role which can not be ignored that in conveying the government's policies and encouraging people to participate in various social undertakings in the construction. With the economic and social development, the level of People's participating in politics ascends,the attention of conference concerning unprecedented ascends, therefore, it is necessary to study the changes of conference news these years and its future development. Futhermore ,domestic research on it mainly still stay in theoretical, also there are some media practitioners propose some scattered reporting skills according to their own practice. But there are few combly research on the reform of conference news.The National People's Congress and the people's political consultative conference are the longest, the biggest turnout and biggest influence conference which are held annually,and play a vital role in the construction and development of our country,as well as the most typical conference news. So in this article, taking the NPC& CPPCC reports as the breakthrough point to research the changes in conference news during these years. The thesis selects two newspapers——the People's Daily and the Southern Weekly during the year of 2001-2010 reported the the NPC& CPPCC as samples. Firstly comb the historical evolution of these two newspapers about the NPC& CPPCC news. And on the basis to compare and analyse in-depth, from three aspects to analyse similarities and differences,the first one is the realtionship between guidance of public opinion and the fresh reports, respectively discuss from correctly handle the relationship——between event reporting and figures reporting,between text reports and picture reports,between paper media and internet media.The second one is the adjustment of perspect in reports. This chapter also analyzed in three aspects: reports from top to down, reports inside and outside, Domestic coverage and foreign coverage.The thirs one is the relationship between forward-looking reports and social development . In this chapter the higher requirement for news reportors is putting forward. Through the analysis between the two papers of 10 years about the the NPC&CPPCC news,on the basis of the whole understanding about changes in conference news,point out the conclusion that conference news change will continue with the way of centre and periphery and innovation change gradually.
