Research And Development On Web-based Collaborative Awareness Technologies And System

The development of Computer Supported Cooperative Work(CSCW)has greatly changed the traditional product design patterns.In cooperative work,how to effectively use collaborative awareness technology to help the cooperating user improve the perception to the information of their relevant work,has become a key point to improve work efficiency.After analyzed existing collaborative awareness technology,we proposed a novel context-based framework based on multi-Agent technology,context-aware technology and Web-related technologies.Our framework consists of front-end agent,web services platform and awareness computing platform.Front-end agent uses event-triggered method to collect context information,provides component-based awareness presentation by using two-way data binding method.Web services platform provides a context service for context information management base on service-oriented architecture,and a message queuing and publish/subscribe message system for awareness information distribution.Awareness computing platform provides rule-based and ontology-based inferencing method for context-aware information.Based on clothing collaborative review system,we further verified our framework's practicability by implement the experiment of awareness information process in project management and project review.
