As the boom of China's economy, almost every industry in China is processing informatization building. Facing the volatility of the market and enormous business data, people are concerning about how to promote the ability of organizations to adapt to the change of the marketplace, and enterprise's core competency. According to this situation, Business Intelligence (BI) is of great research value as a data gathering, managing and analyzing approach.Incorporating the project of Wuhan Mobile Business Operation Support System (BOSS), a business intelligent system architecture is designed, which can be applied into present project. This system includes data warehouse framework, data mining framework and application of On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) and Decision Support System (DSS). Based on the data warehouse, this system defined the structure of data warehouse and the relevant function, data granularity, refresh frequencies, relationship and storage medium. Besides that, this system has a comprehensive metadata management, which can provide a solid foundation for the further data mining.Data mining is the core topic of this paper. Basically, it includes associate rule founding, data clustering and data assorting. On the basis of associate rule founding arithmetic, this system implements item-set space arithmetic, by employing the J2EE framework. Meanwhile, this method has been improved after doing research in solving the problem of arithmetic efficiency and bottleneck. In terms of cluster arithmetic, the theory base on density is cited. Regarding the data assorting, this system used decision-tree method, and implemented it.In addition to the data warehouse, this system provides an OLAP service and can intelligently generate as much as 48 report forms, which help our clients understand the data from various perspectives.Generally speaking, this system provides objective decision making assistance by analyzing the data, which greatly reduce the possibility of making mistake by mere experience. Moreover, this system can save the extra research and system maintenance costs, therefore upgrade overall business performance and a competitive edge.
