The Design And Realization Of E-learning Platform For Free Normal Graduate's Master Of Education Based On IPTV

May 2010, the Ministry of Education (MOE) issued the notice of, free normal graduates master of education adopt in-service learning with credit system. Distance learning and face to face's study at winter or summer vacation is the major way of the course. So distance education will be the main study method for free normal graduate's mater of education. That's why studying feature of free normal graduates, analyzing the request on master of education in-service learning, designing and realizing an E-learning platform for free normal graduates is at hand.E-learning platform is a public service platform, and its users include teachers for teaching and students for learning, E-learning platform provides knowledge extraction, knowledge storage and knowledge transmission services, so the research focus of this paper is how to utilize E-learning platform to improve student's learning efficiency.IPTV Provides mutual multimedia service for customers through internet with the advantages of interaction and simultaneity. For realizing interaction and visualization study, this paper analyzes general conception and structure of IPTV system and explores the possibility of E-learning platform. The main content of the paper is as follow:(1) Research and study the learning theory of E-learning platform and the technology of IPTV, combine the requirement of the free normal graduates's master of education, summarize the design ideas for E-learning platform based on IPTV:student first and teacher second, learning resource's visualization and diversity, interaction, continuous evaluation and practicing study.(2) Adopt advanced software framework, Design an E-learning platform based on IPTV which integrates other study and interact software aiming at hiberarchy, reusability and easy expansibility. This platform mainly includes course study, practice study and research, realizes on-line live interactive and teaching video sharing services by integration. In addition, design and accomplish a module which analyze the learning character of students for laying the foundations of future's personalized learning.Finally, we also develop a website management system of course for teachers who cannot read code of web page, with this system they can easily create their course website by built template.
