The modern educational technology has gone through great transformation as the development of modern technology, which brought educators a lot of challenges and also opportunities. First, this thesis tries to make an investigation on what impacts brought by modern technology changed our way of education. Second, the author explains that the way of promoting the development of education is to foster innovative teachers, and naturally we will give the priority to Free Normal Student. In2007, China proposed the free tuition police for a lot of college students, in order to produce more professional teachers, and the number of Free Normal Student has been growing after the college expansion police. However, how to make them become qualify teachers becomes another concern. A lot experiments done by researchers suggested that it is important to put emphasis on the cultivation of teaching skills and teaching process.Remote Live Video Broadcast and Interactive Learning Platform is dedicated to integrate modern educational technology and professional teaching skills and to design live broadcast class function, and this function can use discussion, debate and experiment to conduct remote interactive teaching and learning, and it can also provide function to live play recorded courses, and conduct asynchronous Q&A (questions and answers) experimental learning platform for Free Normal Students.The thesis has done a background research on Remote Live Video Broadcast technology and made an analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of some similar platforms and make a plan of platform function and business line and three-layer framework based on needs analysis. At last, the author introduced the development environment and appropriate technology on the realization of Remote Live Video Broadcast and Interactive Learning Platform and presented a part of application of the platform.The thesis is dedicated to achieve live experimental learning for Free Normal Students, and this platform can give them access to have discussions and ideas exchanges on teaching skills, above all, the study has great realistic meaning and worth to work on.
