From 2011 MLIS first enrollment date five years, colleges and universities to obtain the right to grant MLIS from 18 to 31, the actual number of students in the library and information profession was increased from 136 in 2011 to 2195 in 2015.However, the domestic theoretical research about the mode of training mode ofLibrary and information professional master have been limited to academic culture,and lacked original data.This paper is divided into four main parts:the first part is the introduction, theintroduction consist of package topics background and significance of the research,research objectives, solving the problem, the domestic research on Library andinformation science education, current situation, research on Library abroad andinformation development of master education theme ideas, innovation anddeficiencies. The second sector and the third part is the main body of this paper. The fourth part is the conclusion part of this paper.Therefore, This paper attempts from the MLIS graduates to cultivate main loop process and related factors satisfaction, and the current development of MLIS to comprehensively reflect master of education in MLIS, by two investigations:the " Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) degree graduates satisfaction survey (2015)" and " Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) report on the development situation of Education (2015)".Among them, the second part is the " Master of Library and Information Studies(MLIS) report on the development situation of Education (2015)".The part analysesdevelopment status of Library and Information Science in China from the perspectiveof training units, including MLIS training unit of teachers, students and theemployment, training target, training mode, curriculum, practice base construction,research, social needs and other aspects. The third part is the " Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) graduates satisfaction survey (2014)".The part analyses the development of MLIS graduates, including the degree of satisfaction of graduates, the school teachers, their comprehensive ability, improve degree etc.The fourth part is the conclusion part of this paper, through statistics and analysisof the two survey results, showing the basic situation of China’s MLIS master, development and existing problems, the fourth part contains the data summary, andputs forward appropriate suggestions aiming at the existing problems. Its purpose is for government departments and various training institutions to provide reference inorder to adjust the training plan and optimize the allocation of resources.
