Research On The Government Public Information Service Mode

Now, our society has entered into the information age. With the rapid development of modern communication and internet technology, information technology has been penetrating into different social levels with unprecedented depth and width. Informationization has changed mankind's way of producing and living, and information has played a more and more important role in economic development and social progress. Public information, as a kind of strategic resources, will play greater function in the information-based society.The public information service is a connection of information resources and social needs. As authoritative owner of the public information, the government has a duty to provide public information service to its people. As to some administrative department, strengthening the supply of public information service is one of the most important public services.The thesis conducts researches on the government public information service model in order to support the effective conduct of information service activity. The research consists mainly of five parts as follows:The first part is a preface, mainly introducing the background, the theory and the value of the research, as well as the outline and the content.The second part is a brief introduction to government pubic information service, firstly, it introduced the concept of public information and public information service. Secondly, it discussed the content and the characteristics of government public information service. Finally, it analyzed the differences and connections between public information service and government public information service.The third part is the theoretical study of public government information service model. It first defines the meaning of public government information service mode. And then analyze the structure mechanism of public government information service pattern base on mode inscape's correlation, action principle and the service mode's feature. At last, it comes up with the internal and external factors that influence the development of government public information service mode.In the fourth part, we distinct the government public information service mode into different types according to the different criterion and discuss the difference and connection between these modes. At the same time, we list six typical government public information service modes based on mode combination principle and mode type.The Fifth part is the selection and optimization of the government public information service mode.The sixth part is devoted to conclusion and outlook.
