In the production of foam glass, foam glass furnace is the key to the production process. Foam glass production is the most important thermal equipment, integrated indicators in the case of the minimum consumption meet the technological requirements to obtain a good product.In this thesis, gas bubble glass furnace control system for the study, analysis of the foam glass production process, the furnace combustion control, climate control, temperature control and security control and other control principles and methods,control systems based on the IPC+PLC+Profibus-DP fieldbus is proposed.We research and build a ceramic roller kiln control system.control system of foam glass kiln will directly affect product quality and energy utilization.The temperature in kiln is affected easily by external factors.If not to regulate stably . The waste energy will affect the rate of finished products . Therefore . controlling the temperature effectively has become an important theoretical project.Taking into the fact that kiln temperature is nonlinear, large delay, delay of sexual and other complex characteristics, detailed analysis are made to the relationship among kiln temperature, gas pressure , combustion pressure and gas flow. With the specific conditions and requirements, the DMC-PID cascade control strategy is designed to control the Temperature of gas foam glass kiln. Controller structure is made up of outer loop controller DMC and inner loop controller PID. DMC adjusts the Temperature of gas foam glass kiln and complete the task of fine-tuning while PID gas pressure and rough tune. The results show that this control method can get the good quality when the application made in the temperature control system of gas foam glass kiln。The system has been used in the temperature control system of gas foam glass kiln in the end, which Successful relizes control system for remote monitoring, the data storage and management. and achieve the advanced control and optimization of foam glass kiln production.
