RFID technology is a kind of using wireless radio frequency signal to achieve the non-contact transmission of information and the information passed through the automatic identification technology. the outstanding advantages of RFID technology are : non-contact automatic reading of the data, dynamic real-time communication, data capacity, recognition speed ,can be free to work under a variety of harsh environments and also able to solve error rate, labor-intensive, artificial transcribing data slow and a series of problems. In recent years, with the rapid development of our national economy, chemical industry increasingly progress,resulting in the number and variety of dangerous goods in the growing, because dangerous goods generally have flammable, explosive, infectious, corrosive, toxic other hazardous properties of the people, towns, and gradually increase the threat of the river,so transportation safety work of angerous goods transport vehicle is especially important.This article aims to improve the safety of transport of dangerous goods and the real-time transmission of information to enhance cargo of dangerous goods in transit vehicles in road real-time tracking, monitoring, and management. Making using of the RFID technology's own advantage, GIS information technology, communication network technology and database technology with the RFID technology organically combined with the automatic identification of artificial management and authentication management, integration of a dangerous goods transport vehicles for the provision of scientific management, control and service information system, build a real-time tracking of dangerous goods transport vehicles, emergency command and query historical trajectory, alarm (deviation from the designated route alarms, emergency alarms, etc.) and real-time transport of dangerous goods in an integrated state information platform, and designed a preliminary system plan. This system not only can realize real-time tracking and monitoring dangerous goods transport vehicles, but also for various regulators to personnel, dangerous goods transport business owners as well as dangerous goods production enterprise owners to offer a better public operation platform.
