With the rapid development of computer network technology, data communication, especially the wireless communication technology is playing an increasingly important role in our daily life. And the new generation of teaching theory and new technologies application make teaching methods have new changes. But based on national conditions and the actual situation, the current classroom teaching forms are still dominated by presentation and class teaching. This situation makes people pay more attention to improve the classroom interaction and classroom teaching efficiency.This paper presents a self-developed classroom answering system which was based on short-range wireless communication technology. Using the techonlogy into the basic classroom teaching, so that teachers can understand all the students study conditions immediately and accurately. It also provides a platform for students who can express their voices freely.Firstly, this paper discusses the current four major short-range wireless communications technology. Subsequently, it displays the overall structure of the wireless classroom answering system and its features, and has a brief overview of communication realization between the various equipments.Secondly, through the needs analysis of the system, the paper designs a communication protocol for Sub/Host machines, which is described from the time window and data frame format, and also designs user login and response activities. At the same time it illustrates the system key technologies:high-confidence CSMA/CA protocol based on wireless channel, TDMA communication theory, error control and data frame format.Finally, the paper shows the hardware circuit and software design flow. Using ATMEGA8L as the microcontroller for the Host/Sub Machines of wireless classroom answering system, and using F05P/J05P for wireless transmitter / receiver module. The paper builds a basic hardware circuit and realizes the basic software features.
