| TV news commentary is an important yardstick for social words, and also powerful guidance on public opinion. Under the condition of media convergence, new ways of communication have kept emerging. People's ways of thinking and behaviors have changed with the transform of society, which has threatened the leading role of tradition media. Referred to communication and journalism, this thesis includes conceptual analysis, cross-over studies, and other methods to clarify that TV news commentary is a manner of discourse exists in all types of programs. On this premise, traditional TV news commentary can be concluded into two common modes, subjective commentary and narrative commentary. With typical cases under the circumstances, TV news commentary is facing the follow challenges:weak timeliness, one-way communication, elites' discourse power affected by mass' and conditional audience market. To bring TV news commentary's power of guidance on public opinion into full play, a program should be innovative with an individualized, popularized, critical, expressive and highly interactive platform. So and so only, TV news commentary can make the most advantage and remain invincible under the circumstances of media convergence. |
