Since the property management enterprises are characterized by geographical dispersion, they usually need centralized management for subordinate units, especially domestic property management enterprises. Aiming at this question, we employ information-based system to solve the problem in this thesis. the system design follows the philosophy of Group Management Model, which can not only act as an independent unit for daily business operations, but also can realize the remote management, control and supervision for subordinate ones. In addition, the system also can compare and analyze the data from different subordinate units and this further contributes to the centralized and unified management, and decision-making, getting rid of the spatial and temporal limitations.Through the control of the property business requirement analysis, we make full use of the advantage of the broadband network of social communities and design the distributed system model of the residential property management based on web service. To ensure the stability and security, our system adopted B/S technical framework and used Microsoft. NET smart client technologies and office system platform architecture, focusing on property management and customer service core business. The property management is the core of the modular design of the system structure and the system also considers compatibility for other third-party software's.This text has mainly carried on the job of the following several respect:1. Have recommended the background, development course and current situation of the estate management trade to carry on the research survey, and the necessity of the estate management trade informationization;2. This system involved network architectonics, system architectonics, the developing platform, database system make detailed analysis at the choice of system and make suitable to choose;3. Property Management Information System identified the functional requirements of each subsystem and Design;4. Finished the system design,implementation and the system on-line testing; Through the system will be implemented in all branches of the company day to day operations and management of the documents and information into knowledge and effective management of automation.
