With the continuous development of the communication industry, the number of mobile users and the mobile Internet business keep growing quickly. The rapid development of new technologies such as the cloud computing and IOT make the wireless communication networks develop and change rapidly. It becomes common that different mode networks cooperatively work. In this case, how to effectively optimize wireless network has become a important topic. According to the characteristics of the wireless network and wireless network optimization requirements, a new design and implementation of device control module has been proposed to be added in DT software to manage and control different types of test devices work cooperatively during the network optimization.The main work and achievements are as follows:1) The China’s development of wireless networks and mobile networks are studied. The paper expound the main contents and the process of wireless network optimization. Through the knowledges we can find out the principle of the wireless drive test software and testing parameters system. By studying the common DT software,a new DT software which is multilayered and multi-module is developed to deal with the complicated wireless networks optimization.2) We analyze the situation of China wireless networks where2G/3G/4G/WLAN networks are running together. The wireless networks optimization has become complicated. In order to solve the problem, a new device control module is designed and implemented to identify and access the test device, manage and control the test tools during the networks test job, control the information interaction between the module and DT software, respectively.3) The demand of the device control module has been detailed analyzed, base on the demand the paper explains the design principle and detailed design of the device control module. On the basis of the wireless drive test software architecture, the module is designed and implemented by using VS2005、C#2.0、Rational Rose2003as the development platform and programing language, respectively. The delegate-events mechanism is used to deal with the information interaction between the device control module and other modules or the software server, the mechanism makes the module run concisely and clearly. Factory pattern and multithreading technologies are used to implemented the module to improved the stability and reliability of the module.4) We further describes the details of the construction and function of the device control modules. We illustrate the operation process of module with the flowchart of the module. Then we verify that the design of the module is reasonable by practical testing.
