Design And Implementation Of A Fixed Asset Investment Audit System Based On Microservices

Every year,enterprises and institutions need to carry out a series of activities such as renewal,reconstruction,expansion,and new construction of fixed assets.These activities require a large amount of financial support.In order to prevent the loss of funds,fixed asset investment projects need to be audited.The audit bureau is responsible for auditing the business of all relevant departments in the city where it is located.It receives more audit items each year,the types are more complex,and the business areas involved are also relatively wide.The use of traditional management models to store audit data and information is not only easy to lose,but manual calculations may cause inaccurate audit data.For this reason,the paper proposes a fixed asset investment project audit system based on microservice architecture.The research of this system can better realize the dynamic management of the entire audit process.The thesis focuses on the following aspects:First of all,the system development is carried out to solve some practical application problems.When auditing fixed asset investment projects,it requires the collaborative work of various departments to complete,and a comprehensive audit of the inflow and outflow of assets is required.There are many businesses involved,and it is difficult for humans to combine businesses to make scientific judgments.Before developing the system,clarify these issues,analyze the current business process and the business process after the system is used,obtain the needs of different users,and sort out the functional requirements and performance requirements.Secondly,according to business needs,determine the technology selection,and use these technologies to design the system architecture.The system is divided into six modules: data resource center,auxiliary office system,audit plan management,real-time audit project,co-audit agency management,and system back-end management.Each module corresponds to a core business,and a complete business consists of many details According to these details,the function points of the module are determined,and the entire business is processed through the operation of different functions,and the operation flow of these specific functions is described through the sequence diagram.Design the database,and finally form a database table for information storage and management.Finally,build a development environment and platform,standardize the programming of Java language,realize the processing and interaction of different functions,provide service interfaces to users,and realize the processing of the entire business by calling these functional interfaces.Based on the results obtained in the demand stage,different test cases are written,and the system test is completed with the assistance of the Load Runner test tool.The fixed asset investment audit system studied in this paper was deployed and tested in the Huai'an Audit Bureau.The application effect is good.It not only realizes the collaborative processing between various departments,but also realizes the dynamic tracking and management of the whole process of the audit project.The audit data can be integrated and processed to ensure the safety of the audit process,and through the micro-service model,it has realized effective docking with the co-auditing agency and various brother units.
