Assembly line optimization is an important way and method to improve the competitiveness of a company's products.By optimizing the assembly line,product production efficiency,employee work efficiency and the company's market competitiveness can be improved.With the continuous development of my country's economy,competition among the electronic product accessories industry has become increasingly fierce.In order to enhance the company's core competitiveness,electronic product accessories companies urgently need to optimize the assembly line.Based on the in-depth research and summary of industrial engineering theories and methods,an in-depth discussion on the optimization of CX Electronics' Gangster-B product assembly line.First of all,through on-site investigations and inspections of CX Electronics,participating in company meetings and communicating with relevant professional and technical personnel,coupled with a balance analysis of the assembly line,find out the Gangster-B assembly line's process flow,station layout,material transportation and on-site Problems in management.Secondly,aiming at the problem of unreasonable process flow,use motion analysis,"5W1H",and ECRS methods to make reasonable adjustments to the process flow,and use Flexsim simulation software to simulate the assembly line production process to eliminate bottleneck processes and reduce product production cycles.In order to optimize the layout,use the 0-1 integer programming method to build an optimization model of the assembly line station layout,and use Cplex software to solve the minimum number of workstations,and use Flexsim software to establish a simulation model to verify its feasibility;to solve the problem of untimely supply in material transportation,For the problem of wasting manpower,choose intelligent handling trolleys to replace human-machine handling operations,use tabu search algorithms to find the optimal number of trolleys to reduce labor costs,and verify its effectiveness through simulation;promote 5S management,visual management and construction in the production workshop The intelligent management system optimizes the production environment of the assembly workshop and improves the efficiency of information transmission,thereby ensuring the smooth production of products.Finally,the key data such as balance rate,operation time,productivity,and employee satisfaction of the assembly line before and after optimization are compared,the effect of the optimization plan is evaluated,and the safeguard measures for the optimization plan are proposed.The results show that CX Electronics' Gangster-B product assembly line balance rate has been improved,productivity and efficiency have been improved,labor costs have been reduced,the job site environment has been significantly improved,and employee satisfaction has increased.Therefore,the designed assembly line optimization plan not only promotes the efficient production of CX Electronics,and enhances its comprehensive strength,but also provides examples for the optimization of other similar product assembly lines.
