Research And Design On E-government Architecture Based On SaaS Mode

The research of SaaS Model has been development several years. It as a form of cloud computing applications and services layer, which is mainly used in customer relationship management (CRM), Human Resource Management (HRM), Supply Chain (SCM) and ERP and other enterprise Management software, has gradually becoming an innovative software application model. The SaaS model will be used in e-government information construction, take the information of Construction Cost Management and Analysis System of WuHan, for the construction of e-government system of our unity, based on Internet technology and sophisticated software applications, Based on these, the viable application solution is proposed.we introduce the notation of SaaS model, its related key technologies in application. Moreover, the current development status and the use of present software systems are also presented. Meanwhile, we represent the necessity and significance of developing software system based on SaaS model. We analyzed and researched some key issues about application development of SaaS model, including system security, data architecture, security access as well as service-oriented issue, and then the corresponding solution was given. Second, based on layered architecture and MVC design pattern, design solutions of technical realization for data layer, business logic layer and web layer are given, respectively. Combined with SaaS model, the cost data information management and analysis system of Wuhan city's construction is built. This thesis is based on Saas e-government, using the database design, system security, and SOA as the theoretical foundation. Based on these work, the STEG application solution is proposed. This solution can be very good in the SaaS software. It can resolve some problems, such as data modeling, system security, software architecture, etc. This system will have normative structure, clear hierarchy, good usability and compatibility.Finally, we analyzed overall performance of e-government system. Introduction the achieve of SaaS model in Wuhan City Construction Cost Data Management and Analysis System in layers. The experiments show that the research of e-government based on SaaS model improves the applicability of the e-government software functions, promotes and optimizes the corresponding government software, provides practical relative implementation for the majority of small and medium enterprises(SMES). Furthermore, it enhances the superiority of administrative office, the sun of government services and core business competitiveness, and it has practical significance to improve the government office and promote the infomationization construction of domestic SMES.
