Large-scale peeled-up coating pressing and decontaminated method is an advanced technology which can eliminate radioactive fallout by nuclear accidents. Reclaiming membrane vehicle is an important equipment in this technology and it can reclaime the membrane on the ground attached radioactive particles to control the spread of pollution and restore scene. It has significant application value to develop automation level of manipulate and control system for improving reclaime efficiency and protecting the safety of operators in the condition with strong radiation.This article focuses on the research of manipulate and control system of HQW-02 based on the rapid clearance of radioactive polltion research and needs of developing reclaime membrane equipments, combined with the use of previous generations reclaiming membrane vehicle. The main works are as follows:(1) According to the work theory and system requirement for the reclaiming membrane vehicle, the principles and objectives of the design of manipulate and control system are put forward to determine the whole design program of control system of the HQW-02 reclaiming membrane vehicle. The system has accomplished the real-time control in the cab by means of the communication between the host computer and slave computer. What's more, the operator can be able to know the information about the states and images of equipments and set parameters through touch panel.(2) With the characteristics of embedded system and the performances of ARM processor, it mainly researches the performances and system requirements of EPC-2602 industrial motherboard with ARM processor based on LPC2300 and MiniISA expansion cards. In addition, the design and type selection of other hardware devices of the control system are acccomplished.(3) Based on the whole requirements for control system and the hardware design. Code Warrior for ARM Developer Suite is used to make program and develop function to exchange the datas with charged objects so as to associated with datas from devices and elements about computer graphics interface. In order to control and operate the system, configuration software EV5000 is used to design the Human Machine Interface, including displaying interface windows,listing all variables to complete program design.(4) GPS and wireless communication equipments are integrated to achieve geographic information collection and the remote communication with command and control center. Then, the reclaiming membrane vehicle has a feedback control through videos and spot datas from Human Machine Interface.(5) On the basis of the work summary, the key point and direction for future research are put forward. Especially the use of vehicle power supply and circuit layout design need further improvement.
