The remote control method on engineering vehicle has two types, one is wire control, and the other is wireless control. At present, wire remote control is more used in engineering vehicle than other control method. This method adopts cable to transmit signal to operate remote engineering vehicle. Wire remote control is applied early and prevalently on some engineering vehicles such as pump truck, ladder truck, and some kind of crane. Before using remote control system, the operators must work near the equipment instead of complete the operation in the operating room. To solve this problem, manufacturers start to apply remote control operation system. Thus it is widely used in engineering vehicle field. The wireless remote control is a new technique recently developed rapidly along with development of wireless communication technique, which transmits signal through microwave and infrared to control engineering vehicle remotely. Since the wireless operation system is much better than wire one in performance and environmental adaptation, it has good prospect and is expected to be widely promoted and utilized.However, engineering vehicle products are numerous and complicated with different configuration in thousands ways. Furthermore, the vehicle working in bad environment leads to low configuration, bad operating capability and less use of electrical control due to the requirement of low price. Based on these problems, it is more difficult to install wireless remote control operating system.This paper states and studies the technique of installing wireless control on normal configuration equipment. The following aspects are studied deeply and concretely basing on the principle of engineering vehicle wireless remote control reconstruction:1. The selection and adjustment techniques of wireless remote signal transmitting system 2. The application of electron and hydraulic pressure proportioner in reconstruct of engineering vehicle3. The reconstruction technique of wireless remote control in working device of engineering vehicle4. The reconstruction technique of wireless remote control in engine and accelerator device of engineering vehicle5. The reconstruction technique of wireless remote control in shifting device of engineering vehicle6. The reconstruction technique of wireless remote control in turning device of engineering vehicle7. The reconstruction technique of wireless remote control in braking device of engineering vehicleAt the same time, linking theory with practice, this paper discussed some kind of effects and methods that wireless remote control was used in a variety of typical engineering equipments. It demonstrated feasibility of the technique and method of wireless remote control applied to engineering vehicle.
