An increasing number of vehicle manufactures pay more and more attention on the targettracking system and remote control system of intelligent vehicle. At the same time, Apple、Google and other mobile internet companies are beginning to combine mobile devices、mobilesystems and automotive systems together, which makes the intelligent system of vehicle has arevolutionary change. However, the target tracking system and remote control system ofintelligent car are on the initial stage, especially for achieving on the mobile device. Therefore,there are a lot of space for Mean-Shift target tracking algorithm to improve its performance.Meanwhile, for the shortcoming that the traditional push button remote control system is lackof user experience, this paper proposes use the gravity sensing system to simulate steeringwheel to control the state of motion for vehicle.Since the window width of kernel function determines the window size of tracked targetand the kernel bandwidth directly affects the accuracy and computational speed of Mean-Shift,target tracking algorithm of Mean-Shift based on based on the bilateral filtering detection isproposed in this paper. Meanwhile, the outline of target object is extracted by the method ofbilateral filtering detection. Then, the size of contour uses as the bandwidth of kernel functionfor the color kernel histogram of tracked target in newt frame. Based on this Method, theaccuracy of Mean-Shift tracking algorithm is not only improved, but also the error ofMean-Shift tracking is reduced. Finally, the result of experiment had verified the effectivenessof improved algorithm.The remote system has been playing a more and more important role in intelligent vehiclesystem and the area of its application has been becoming more widely. In the past, the designof remote system was focused on the achieving function while ignored user experience.Nowadays, with the rise of augmented reality and more attention for three-axis gyroscopeapplication, this paper is going to use three-axis gyroscope to make more realistic for remotecontrol system.After the appearing of Bluetooth4.0module, the Bluetooth transmission distance isincreased greatly. Therefore, it can replace the wireless WiFi within a certain range. At thesame time, the volume of the Bluetooth module is much smaller than that of WiFi, which is very important factor for embedded intelligent devices. So the Bluetooth module will beresponsible for data exchange between mobile terminals and intelligent car.Finally, the experiment will be done to test the target tracking system and remote controlsystems for intelligent vehicle.
