Safety control system of nuclear track-etched membrane machine is a set of device used for chemical etching stages during the preparation of nuclear track membrane. The control system studied in this text is focused on applying automation control method to etching devices in which way we can realize intelligent control of chemical etching stages.Compared to the traditional manual control, this method is faster, more accurate and convenient, so that it consumes less Labour.Ionic membrane etching process is a set of complete automation process including rolling, alkali etching, cleaning, drying, winding etc.Membrane pore size-the important technical indicators of nuclear track membrane is mainly decided by the temperature and concentration of alkaline used for etching and the time for etching. To some degree, it’s easy to control the alkali concentration and the etching time. So the control key lies in the constant temperature control system of the alkali in the etching tank for the text.This system is a temperature sensor network mainly constituted bymultiplex channels of PT100 s, realizing the conversion of voltage signal by the temperature transducer; realizing the A/D conversion of multi-channel temperature data mainly by C8051F340 MCU controller;adopting PWM controlled quantity- the output of PID algorithm to control the adjustment of power during heating for the three-phase ac dynamometer composed by the SSR. The text has also validated the reliability of the system through data collection and analysis during the process of the experiment.The whole text has achieved the overall design and research of the control system for the nuclear track-etched membrane machine and provided a specific solution for the realization of its intelligentizing and automation. It does have a certain value of innovation and application. |
