With the progressive development of the campus network, and its increasing scale applications are increasingly diverse, but the current campus network application software design and development of the majority is based on the Internet, and the software is not good use of the special nature of the campus network environment Some optimization techniques for the Internet on the campus network is often a huge impact. The video broadcast services, for example, current video broadcast services have become an important part of the campus network, but campus networks are still the main IPTV broadcast unicast, which means that the client/server model, when the pressure of the server is too large, serious affect the user's playback experience. Although based on a peer to peer network living system can solve this problem, due to the current design of the campus network and other network broadcast systems are still scarce, many of the campus network users use popular video software on Internet and other networks, and videos resulting in a large campus network bandwidth. According to statistics on campus, P2P system is using the campus network bandwidth by 96%. Therefore, according to the design of the campus network environment, the P2P system can better serve the campus network services.Campus network has a huge number of users, complex user types; equipment regional focus, great flow; IPv4 and IPv6 co-exist and so on. And the use of the campus network for IPTV is very mature, and in the short term can not abandon the existing framework for IPTV. To solve the above problem, this paper will study such networks based on broadcast system design, to compensate for the lack of campus IPTV network, campus network environment based on the topology of specific management strategies to avoid unnecessary bandwidth; to design a dual IPv4 and IPv6 stack data transmission mechanism to the campus network. Users access the system as much as possible; according to the characteristics of the campus IPTV network, presents a framework compatible with the current method of constructing a live IPTV. Finally, the design of the above complete set of campus-based peer to peer network broadcast system.
