With the development of electric technology, micro-electronics technology and computer technology, the new examination, controlling and automatic management of storage system has beening reatneed. As the capacity of storage system has beenbroadening since recent years, the traditional storage way has been far cry from demand in real productivity, so it's necessary to setup a kind of software and hardware facility with scientific management, simple operation, safe function and high efficiency.It is in grain depot that the original examination system of Temperature and humidity in workshop and storehouse was executed and controlled by manPower. How ever this way has become old, including its controlling facilities;instead, if it adopts a wire—control way which is used in common long-distance monitoring storage, it will be an expensive investment and high intensity in working construction.The new design, based on scientific innovation, takes PC as the controlling core and adopts automatic monitoring system specializing in wireless dignity temperature and humidity sensor. It could offer automatic examination to the changing condition both in temperature and humidity in every storehouse, and could transfer data in wireless way:the design could also state and monitor the changing condition, Which could be controlled in every warehouse through appropriate software and hardware like computer, so it could make the temperature and humidity in constant condition. With help of the newdesign, it is able to improve the scientific management and automatic control of storage;it is also of great value and significance to forecast the rate of accident in storage and to improve the efficiency in detailed working.This design has mainly done the following several works.First, it establishes the general design of the system, including the design function of the system to be completed, the technical specifications to be reached, design principles of the system, and introduces the entire system components and work principle of the systems.Secondly, it designs the hardware circuit and software design of intelligent sensors, including the introduetion of the static and dynamic characteristics of sensors.the software designing of temperature measurement p hase, temperature measurement principle, temperature measurement circuit and temperature measurement system of digital temperature sensor DS18B20 which adopts one-wire bus technology, humidity sensor circuit of sensor HM1500, in order to prevent the distortion of humidity data gathered by mock sensor, the linear interpolation algorithm is dopted.Thirdly, it designs hardware circuit of communication interface and software system; The last, it elaborates the working principle, designing thoughts and realizing methods of computer software system.This system integrates modern signal gathering teehnology, signal transmitting technology, information processing technology, combines many parameters in storehouse environment monitoring and control theory of SCM and by many bus Technologies, proposes one kind of practical feasible storehouse environmental monitoring system . Control system of temperature and humidity is practical and reliable. And it have lower cost and high data transmission efficieney. It is not only applied in the monitoring and management of granary, but also extended to other areas of monitoring. Therefore it has a broad application prospect.
