Design Of Constant Temperature And Humidity Circuit Control System

In industries that require high temperature and humidity,such as power system,constant temperature and humidity instrument control system can play a decisive role.The accidents of creepage and flashover can happen due to element failure caused by temperature being too high/low or humidity level being to high/low.With the development of science and technology,control system of constant temperature and humidity instrument will be more widely applied.In view of the current domestic and foreign development status,basic principle,application range and field research,the current mainstream technology is to design system circuits and programs based on temperature and humidity test,and then run final test on the design.Eventually it will be mass produced for civilian application.Research of this paper is to realize high precision microcontroller practical temperature and humidity control system.The control system is made of hardware systems and components,including hardware system consists of three parts,single-chip computer,external memory,and all of the interface circuit.The interface circuit are connected by A A/D conversion of sensor part,keyboard display,print,interface circuit,relay drive circuit and power circuit.Software system includes main program,temperature control,humidity control subroutine,keyboard display subroutine and the design of the miniature printer program.To achieve the purpose of the system,which is detection and control tasks on a closed environment,at the same time to achieve constant temperature 20 + /-1 ?,relative humidity no less than 95%,and the LED display the current temperature and humidity requirements,especially suitable for the environment that has requirements of high temperature and humidity control.
