Temperature control is very common in industry. As the rapid development of electric technology and computer tech, the way to measure site temperature has been transferred to digital, terminal and intelligent thermometer from original graduated or indicator thermometer. What's more, requirement of temperature measurement precision is higher and higher. Traditional constant temperature system designed by MCU cannot adjust to more and more complex application requirements now. High precision data processing, friendly human-machine interface,distance intelligent monitoering fuction system almost becomed the common requirement of intelligent system. As the rapidly developing embeded system, the embeded applicant system is substituting the traditional applicant which focuses on MCU, and it is becoming a pricinple one in future intelligent instruments.This paper is focused on designing a high precised constant tempreature system based on embeded one, which is implanted on 32 bit ARM microprocessor by Linux operating system, and transformed in its real-time character; it also completed design of front tempreature acquisition circuit, back PWM wave output driving circuit, memory module circuit, communication module circuit, touch screen circuit, power module circuit and other assistant circuits. By the way, it selected semiconductor chilling plate to adjust the tempreature parameters of canstant tempreature system. It established microsoft system platform of embeded Liunx, compiled designing tempreature acquisiting program, PID algorithm program, USB communication sets driving program and so on. It used Qtopia as environment of human-machine interface in embeded constant system application program. This improved the efficiency of human-machine interface operation and enhanced products grade. It used VC++6.0 compiling of host computer software interface and realized the communication between hardware target board and host computer. It studied the all system compostion of S3C2440 processor, analized and proved its feasibility in the field of constant tempreature control.
