Automatic parking system can find a right parking lot by detecting the environment information around a vehicle, and drive the vehicle to the parking lot automatically by controlling steering angle and speed of the vehicle. The emergence of automatic parking system is a new starting point in the history of automotive electronics development. With the continuous improvement of their intelligence, automatic parking system not only effectively reduce the driver's subjective judgments in the process of parking and improve the accuracy of parking, but also can help people save a lot of time. Therefore, the applications of automatic parking system get more and more attention, and become a hot topic. However, compared to the auto-parking system research progress on the overseas, the progress on the domestic currently is still in its infancy. Therefore, working on automatic parking system research will help domestic automobile enterprises enhance their innovation ability independently.Through the research of domestic and international, based on vehicle kinematics and control theory, using fuzzy rules to establish an embedded fuzzy controller, auto-parking system has conducted the preliminary research. Firstly, using the kinematics equations of the low speed vehicle builds mathematical model and establishes the system simulation model. Through the definition of parking space and local coordinate, and the analysis of vehicle automatic parking steps, a control flow char is drew. Secondly, in the process of the selection and remolding of a model vehicle, automatic parking system hardware platform design is discussed in detail. Then, on the basis of the hardware platform, software platform is designed:through a detailed analysis of the software overall scheme, each subroutine is designed respectively according to the function requirement of each subroutine. The flowcharts of the key programs are given. Main program is designed. The design of the automatic parking fuzzy controller is discussed emphatically. Using MATLAB automatic parking system simulation platform, simulate parallel parking operation, and collect parking data. From the collected data, the fuzzy rules and membership functions are digged out. The fuzzy controller is simplified and adjusted. Finally, based on the simulation experiment( fuzzy controller, its effectiveness is verified. The fuzzy controller is converted into C coc embedding in DSP main control board to complete the embedded fuzzy controller desig from theory to the hardware implementation.Simulation and experimental results show that these three subsystems of automati parking system (environmental perception system, decision-making system and operatio execution system) connect and restrain from each other, and can accurately finish automati parking in the automatic parking process. the biggest characteristic of this kind of embedde fuzzy automatic parking system is that, through embedding fuzzy controller in a separat DSP plate to achieve all functions, instead of notebook computer processing, it can complet fuzzy automatic parking, and could reduce production cost.It is convenient way to the actua application products. It can meet intelligence and miniaturization requirements of th automatic parking system.
