The graduate information management is a key process education management and employment management of the colleges or universities. With the advanced college scale greatly broadening, and the gradually increasing of the number the high students as well as highly enlarging of employment market, the situation of graduate information management is getting more and more complicated. Above all, the paper clearly shows the process of the whole design ideas and the planning of the entire program as well as implementation of the system function module. The system is characterized with friendly to use, flexible to operate and data security and reliability. The system is essentially to meet the needs'of the graduates, employers and colleges. It has been changed and improved constantly during the exploration process, and it can run stably after practice.
