The Study On Innovation Capability Of National Informatic Team

Nowadays, our country's research on team academic creativity evaluation is still in the initial stage, it is not only lack of correlation empirical study, but also lack a set of evaluation index system for guidance which has a general significance. Therefore, in order to boost domestic informatics academic creativity, the article takes the team as the breakthrough point, and introduces team academic creativity evaluation into the field of informatics, and carries out the research of team academic creativity, its theoretical value and practical significance is obvious.Based on the existing research about team creativity and domestic and international academic creativity evaluation, the article gives an effective definition of informatics team creativity capability and analyzes the influence factors of domestic informatics team creativity capability based on four different theories. According to the index system of the design principles, the article also constructs evaluation index system of informatics team creativity capability which is combined with the characteristics of domestic informatics teams,and constituted by four primary indexThe article designs questionnaires around the research topic. All the questionnaires are analysed, supplemented and selected by experts in order to determine the informatics team academic creativity evaluation index system. Meanwhile, by using AHP theory and yaahp0.5.2 software (AHP special software), and according to scores weights experts of allocation, article set the target weights of index system. Finally, take Nanjing University's informatics team as the specific cases; article compares the academic creativity of each team. Through empirical analysis, on the one hand, article verified the feasibility and validity of academic creativity evaluation index system theory and method in practical application; In the other hand, it reveals existed problems in informatics teams, and provides a scientific and reasonable quantitative basis for ascension and sustainable development of informatics academic creativity .
