Integrated circuit design companies are an important part of the country's strategic emerging industries.As the state has increased its support for the development of the integrated circuit industry,China's integrated circuit design enterprises have developed rapidly.In today's era of rapid development of Chinese integrated circuit design enterprises,Wuxi has also accelerated the pace of integrated circuit design enterprises.However,with the continuous introduction of new policies,Wuxi IC design enterprises face a series of challenges in technological innovation.Therefore,study the development status and existing problems of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises,evaluate the innovation ability of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises,find ways to improve the innovation ability and competitiveness of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises,and promote the high-quality development of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises especially important.This article is based on the evaluation theory of enterprise innovation ability,focusing on the evaluation of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprise's technological innovation ability,and carrying out research based on the current situation analysis,reason analysis and countermeasure suggestions.In the analysis of the status quo,Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises are used as the research object to analyze the development status of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises.The factor analysis method is applied to comprehensively evaluate the innovation ability of integrated circuit design enterprises,and the technological innovation of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises is objectively evaluated.Based on the evaluation of the current capability,we systematically analyzed the problems in the technological innovation capabilities of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises.Through the analysis,it was found that Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises had an insignificant advantage in R&D resources investment,a decline in brand awareness,and product competition.There are three problems in the gradual loss of significant advantages.Using the analytic hierarchy process,an evaluation model for the technological innovation capability of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises was constructed,including two criterion levels and 11 sub-criteria levels.The weights were determined,and the single ranking and total ranking were used to identify the influence on the innovation of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises.The key factors of capability:R&D expense investment,policy support,patent growth rate,product market share,market competition intensity,and the level of R&D personnel have a greater impact on the technological innovation capabilities of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises.On this basis,it reveals the bottleneck restricting the development of IC design enterprises in Wuxi,and proposes ways and policy recommendations to improve the technological innovation ability of IC design in Wuxi:increase the investment in R&D resources of IC design enterprises in Wuxi,specifically from increasing Enterprises invest in R&D funds,increase government financial subsidies,and increase financial policy support;focus on improving the brand awareness of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises,specifically from increasing internal innovation Start with the improvement of the external influence of enterprises and the strengthening of the influence of enterprise cooperative brands;strengthen and consolidate the product competitiveness of Wuxi integrated circuit design enterprises,specifically from maintaining the competitive advantage of the enterprise's products and strengthening the construction of R&D personnel.
