Design And Implementation Of Emergency Management Case Database

Recently, Emergencies occur frequently, have threatened people's life and property. How to deal with the emergencies effectively and reduce the cost is a widespread concern at present, it is also a hotspot in the emergency management research field.Emergency management case database is used to store the emergency cases information and analyze it. There are lots of knowledge, information and experiences in it, it could guide the handle and decision-making of emergencies, reduce the disaster cost effectively. The design and implement of emergency management case database is an urgently need to study.The thesis gets users requirements of case database system by expert users'interview method and common users' interview method. Base on this, first, determines case selection criteria and description criteria, rearranges and classifies those data by emergency theme, time, and type field indexing emergency cases. Then, combines analysis tools and algorithm to analyze the development trends of public emergency, taps the characteristic of public crisis. Finally, adopts B/S structure to build emergency management case database, provides convenient browsing, query, analysis emergency incidents function and decision-making reference to all kinds of users.
