| To analyse these questions, there is non-standard on courseware development at current which makes it difficult to search, organize and manage the study resources. It's hard to track the courseware. The study manage system can't track and record the learners'study data, so they can't make a personalized design for the learner. The portability of courseware is bad; it's binding too tight with teaching system. These are still many problems as no-standard. My analysis was that the unstandared courseware hindered the sharing of network resources. And the standard of courseware provides an effective way and powerful guarantee for solving the study resources sharing, interoperability of network teaching system and improvement of network teaching quality. So how to make the normative network educational technology courseware for promoting the sharing of courseware and improving the quality of network education is an urgent problem which needs to be solved as soon as possible.For this problem, this paper provides a solving method which is to develop one content package tool with CETLS-9 standard. It supports our educational technology standard, and expects to make a contribution for application of our education information technology standard.The innovation of this paper is to solve the problem difficult to share the network learning resources. I develop a learning content tool with CETLS-9 standard which can convert the network learning study to the standard one. The aim of this tool is to make the data structure description normalized which help sharing the learning resources. The user interface is simple and convenient. Besides, I provide normative test tool with CELTS-9 which can help user test and modify their learning content package timely. Any platform, any language, anywhere can make the resources sharing by using this standard tool. After using this tool, uses can easily make a normative courseware with Chinese education information technology standard which makes learning resources easy to search, organize and manage. Then it promotes the sharing of network courseware and improves the service quality of network education. |
