Based on a medium pharmaceutical enterprise (F pharmaceutical Co., LTD.), the ERP project implementation is introduced and analyzed, the case for a medium-sized enterprise informatization construction in some of the problems encountered in the further research, and we strive to explore a distinctive medium-sized enterprise informatization construction.Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as a set of modern Enterprise management ideas and methods brought into China for 20 years time, which was established based on information technology, have been applied more and more. Management software field have high and low, ERP as a management software, images of comprehensive management and twists, often considered as "patents" by high-level users. Based on the enterprise and extensive reading of documents, we studied and analyzed the ERP implementingof F pharmaceutical Co., LTD, and carries on the management mode reform for further study. In the system construction, to F pharmaceutical Co., LTD, we take ERP planning implement for the goal and the basis for design, design the ERP system management module and the functional modules for the F pharmaceutical enterprise respectively, and study the data structure of the F pharmaceutical enterprise ERP system, rational choice in the software design basis for F pharmaceutical enterprise, final implementation of ERP system is studied. In the system of evaluation, with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the effect to design the ERP system implementation is evaluated, and finally confirmed the enterprise ERP system implementation effect. This hope the difficulties and success factors of the F pharmaceutical Co., LTD, ERP system information system planning and project implementation for large and medium-sized enterprises can provides reference for the construction of informatization.
