With the enhancement of people's awareness of fire prevention,fire detection alarm technology attacks more and more people's attention. Most of the traditional fire alarm system adopt a single temperature sensor to monitor the environment at the scene,and used RS-485 to communicate. The scene of the fire on the acquisition of a single physical analysis often brought some interfering factors and errors,and the flexibility and real-time ability of the system are poor.The design and realization of fire alarm system was studied based on CAN Bus,this article designed a fire alarm system using STM32 chips and CAN Bus,including Slave monitor node, Master monitor node and CAN interface convertor. Compared with RS-485,the communication of CAN Bus was more reliable,real-time and flexible. In this system the temperature and smoke sensors have used to detect the fire scene,so that system can reduce false alarm rate.The system used master-slave structure. In main and slave nodes STM32F103 chips were used as the MCU. In order to communicate with each other,the CAN interface was designed,which is composed by MCU and 82C50. In addition,the main node included clock module,serial communication,SD storage and LCD modules;slave nodes included sensors information processing,EEPROM memory and DIP switch modules. The system used Pt100 as temperature sensor and MQ-2,MQ-9 as smoke sensors. Due to the collected signal information is analog data, the A / D conversion function module of the STM32 chips is designed to convert the analog signal into digital signal. Fire alarm system described in this paper has the following features. First, Master node controller with LCD display and can be set through the key parameters and display the work information of the various nodes. Second, SD memory function, able to fire and fire alarm condition parameter information to store, easy to view when needed. Third, Fault detection, fire alarm monitoring master controller can tour the various working conditions from the node, if node does not work or CAN communication interrupted ,the error will be displayed on the LCD.The purpose of this paper is to develop a simple structure, easy to operate, accurate and intelligent alarm fire alarm system. Research and experimental results show that the system can meet the practical requirements and have great prospects.
