In the contemporary society,the overwhelming majorities of people support the fire prevention and also keep high awareness of it.Besides,the fire alarm technology has also been taken seriously by our society.The main research object of the essay focuses on the software design and realization of CAN bus fire alarm system,with MC9S12XET512 series chips as the core components and CAN bus and the USBCAN human-computer interaction interface combined into the fire alarm system,which mainly consists of a host control node and extension sub monitor node.The on-site temperature information can be collected by the temperature sensor and the on-site smoke concentration information by the smoke sensor.The two sensors serve for the fire alarm system.The design of this essay is based on the Master and Slave Mode,MC9S12XET512 series of MCU as the core controller are used by the host computer and its extension sets.In order to realize the real-time performance of the host computer to monitor its extension sets,the communication circuit module has been used in the design of the host computer and its extensions,that is,the CAN communication,which is a communication interface that consists of the driver TJA1040 and isolator ADUM1201.Besides,the USBCAN human-computer interaction interface developed by me can communicate with the CAN bus,thus controlling the data receiving and sending of the host node and slave node,and realizing the fire alarm monitoring.The thermistor sensor TMP100 has been used in the subdivision temperature sensor and the MQ-2 in the subdivision smoke sensor.As what each sensor collects is the value of the fire simulation parameters of the signal field,the A/D conversion module is used to transform the simulated data into digital data.The design of the fire alarm system has several characteristics as follows:1.The master node controller works with the USBCAN human-computer interaction interface to realize data receiving and sending of the master and slave node,and the real-time query and reset processing of the status of each node can be achieved through the USBCAN human-computer interaction interface.2.The data of fire alarm monitoring can be stored,which makes it possible to store the data and the fire alarm information when the fire takes place so that it can be viewed in case of need.3.The real-time work performance of each slave node can be monitored periodically and circularly by the system fault detection performance and the fire alarm master node controller.In the event that the slave node does not work normally or CAN communication interrupts,the node caused the error will be displayed in the USBCAN human-computer interaction interface developed on my own.Fire alarm system is an intelligent system with the simple structure,quick installment and accurate alarm rate.According to the final results of its research,development and testing,we know that the system can meet the needs of real-time fire monitoring,proving that the original design requirements are feasible and have great prospects for development and application.
