Data link system is a complex and large system, which can not only support the transmission of data, voice and text signals but also provide multimedia information of battlefield situation, data, text, symbols, voice and so on. It enhances the combatants on Battlefield awareness and strengthens combat's effectiveness. As a result, it is am importment protective way for the system's reliability and stability to simulate data link system. Also it can save a lot of spending.TDMA is the key Technology of data link system, which is a kind of that separates addresses by time.It requires quite accurate timer and synchronization.There are several advantages as below for TDMA used in communication systems:High spectrum utilization; Saving frequency resources; Better flexibility than FDMA; Simple types of equipment.This paper proposes that it is importment to design a high-speed TDMA simulation system based data Iinkl6,then gives the whole design and carries it out in FPGA.The design resolves the key modules in the system includes:high speed interface,multiplexing/demultiplexing, synchronization,soft spread srectrum and MSK modulation etc.Especially this paper created some simple and creative ways to generate the TDM message frame and frame synchronization detection in FPGA.Finally, the complete TDMA simulation system consists of the design in FPGA,Cortex, assembler and statistics machine simulated by PC, and the completeness of the system is proved after a series of tests,his paper presented a hardware design for the TDMA real-time simulation system different with other designs, and implemented the hardware simulation on data-link layer in FPGA.
