Design And Implementation Of The Script Module In TD-SCDMA Drive Test Software

Drive test for the wireless network optimization is considered the most commonly used method in data collection, through the analysis of the collected data, We can found the problem and most of causes of the problem. In the test, dial times, access duration, call setup time, interval time and other indicators will affect the service evaluating accuracy. To make the test results statistically significant, each request of the test script is not the same. In the script module, developers should be able to set these indicators in order to simulate the network usage under different indicators usage. With design and implementation of the script module in TD-SCDMA drive test software as focus, I completed the work after researched China Mobile's Test Specification. The practical examples showed that the design of script module is practical and feasible; the test results showed that it meets China Mobile's testing requirements.This paper mainly completed the following work:(1)Compared the various TD-SCDMA drive test system. Analyzed the KPI and the Signaling process in drive test system.(2)Designed the testing operations interface, which can help users can easily finish the test plan. I designed sub-class control of each script. Designed and implemented the services flow chart of voice calls, FTP, streaming media and SMS. Implemented the Recording video function in streaming media module:we can record the streaming video by calling the interfaces of WMEncoder SDK using the designated regional recording method.(3)Summarized the following work.
