Design And Implementation Of The Basic Information Management Subsystem Of A Power Industry Oriented CRM System

CRM (Customer Relationship Management Customer Management), is popular in the enterprise e-commerce concept. By building CRM systems, enterprise system users based on in-depth analysis of detailed information to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance, thereby enhancing their competitiveness.The author participated in the power industry for a marketing company CRM system development and implementation process. Commitment to the development of basic information in the subsystem, based on CRM concepts and the needs of users, customer relationship management, contract management, time management, news management were designed and realized with lightweight Java-based framework.This thesis will explain the definition and the history of CRM. And it also includes the introduction of the CRM subsystem which the author developed. The basic information subsystem consists of four parts:customer relationship management, contract management, time management and news management. According to the development process of those four models, the thesis will introduce them from requirements analysis to implementation. The author pointed out the problems he met at each stage of the work, and gave solutions. In the time management part, the author gave algorithm to solve the problem of scheduling a multiperson plan and also realized it. At the end of the thesis, it is the vilification of the system. It shows the performance and function test result of this subsystem.The subsystem bases on the light-weight framework of Java and follows the MVC design pattern which ensures the separation of views and business. It also follows some other design patterns to improve maintainability and expansibility, based on implementation of functions.The thesis gives its reference value to the basic information subsystem of the CRM system.
