With the economic and social development, the risk increased significantly, the probability and prevention are very difficultily in the fire disaster.in order to prevent the fire and reduce fire hazards,we should do some Good fire warning system with the software,. So people will have good economic and social environment.In the current, Either in the electric power industry or other domestic industries, the fire protection management information system is relatively Scattered and isolated. Based on the requirements of scientific management, the information needs standardization and to be managed centraly.In the paper, the firefighting management information system is developed as a response to these needs.according to the existing problems in the management of fire,the article proposes the objection of FMIS which related The electric power industry business. Based on the demand analysis and function analysis, and ultimately determine the use of B/S architecture will fire department information, fire facilities, fire fighting archives information, fire regulations, fire dynamic information and other relevant information into the public data platform fire class, And to all kinds of users to manage them, make fire protection management information system to meet all types of fire management personnel management needs, a variety of object element management in the fire service, offer the decision basis for firefighting management. Finally through the test case, the fire system functions were tested.
