Design And Implementation Of The Jin Bo Building Shopping Center Information Management System

A business information management system is a kind of control commercial management software. It is mainly applied in enterprises of middle or large scale. The key point of an information management system lies in the control of enterprise's information management process. It integrates the managements of personnel, finance, material, responsibility, authority and benefit in organic way and is implemented in computer network system. With the business of import, sale, store and finance as its kernel it adopts the methods of scientific management in enterprises and does its best in the normalization, constraint and control of different employees' behavior. Firstly the developing tool and platform of the system are analyzed and the structure of the network system is choosed to be C/S structure, database platform is Oracle database,and developing tool is developer 2000. Secondly this thesis mainly introduces the analysis and design of the system, and the function modules are determined, which include subsystem of importation,. sale, store, and bill, financial subsystem, account settlement subsystem, gathering subsystem, authority management subsystem, member management subsystem, bankroll management subsystem and manager inquiry subsystem. At last had the analysis, design and implementation of the account settlement and bankroll management subsystem. The system includes subsystem of importation,. sale, store, and bill, financial subsystem, account settlement subsystem, gathering subsystem, authority management subsystem, member management subsystem, bankroll management subsystem and manager inquiry subsystem. The account settlement subsystem is charge with important business of the system, which makes enterprise management more perfect and provides other subsystems of data and services. Its detail functions include account settlement processing, bargain management, bill processing, import and maintaining of basic data and payment processing, in which, he account settlement processing is the kernel of the account settlement subsystem, the others provide services for it; The bankroll management subsystem can optimize the management and control of the bankroll in enterprises, which is an indispensable part of the system. It include gathering inquiry,gathering printing,comprehensive inquiry and analysis and data processing, in which, the comprehensive inquiry and analysis has more perfectly management for sale data, which can enhance data distilling speed for the account settlement subsystem.The syetem has been finished, tested and debugged.
