Design And Deployment Of Ningxia Telecom Billing Domain Primary System

Since 2008, China Telecom Company has had the capability of operating CDMA and PSDN simultaneously. After the restructuring of communications industries, China Tele, China Mobile and China Unicom have the qualification of developing the service based on Telecommunication networks. In order to enlarge customer group and improve service development, the IT system of Communications operator employs the same network and provides strong support and guarantee to realize the customer-centered enterprise concept. This IT system is also one of the most important links in the Billing System.In order to realize the overall development of the communications industry and support the various kinds of marketing policies, the billing domain system plays an increasing important and substantial role in the IT-based telecommunications system. The billing system experiences the transformation from the original individual-point module to network-based and producibility-distributed module.This thesis intends to focus on the designing and distribution of the billing domain IT system over the past two years, and explains the distribution of the new billing module of China Telecommunications in Ningxia, particularly, the processing flow and processing logic of the core system in some services.
